Built on a simple promise
Some things don't need to change — and Eddie's is one of them. We started with a single grill, a handful of condiments, and a belief that a properly made hotdog deserves nothing less than your full attention.
Over the years, more folks from Gaffney and beyond have stopped by, and the line has grown — but the grill hasn't. Every foot-long is still cooked to order, still dressed the way you asked, and still served with the kind of welcome that makes you feel like you're visiting old friends.
